The Audi Q3 is readying a third generation, which could debut in late 2024 as a 2025 model year vehicle. Aside from a design overhaul inside and out, along with the switch to an updated version of its existing MQB platform called MQB Evo, the new Q3 is expected to gain new mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains. The Q3 Sportback and RS Q3 are expected to return as well for markets outside of the U.S., with the latter retaining its envy-inducing 2.5-liter turbo five-cylinder engine. It remains to be seen whether the Q3's U.S. lineup will expand to include these two models.
