Audi is beating around the bush when it comes to rumors regarding a new SUV to rival the Mercedes GLS and BMW X7, but we're almost positive that the brand has something in the works. The Q9 will undoubtedly offer more space to stretch out––especially in the rearmost rows––compared to the Q7, which is Audi's most spacious offering in showrooms as of now. It remains to be seen whether the Q9 will be gas, electric, or both, though it's worth noting that Audi still has some time left to stuff an engine under the SUV's hood before the 2030 EV deadline hits. That's because the Q9 is due by 2025 at the latest, or if we're lucky, later in 2024.
