The Lexus IS is rumored to undergo a huge transformation for its next redesign, which could launch in 2025 for the 2026 model year. Not only will the IS switch to electric power with a dual-motor powertrain, but it's also expected to gain a new shooting brake variant to go alongside the existing sedan body style. The design of the next IS was likely previewed by the slew of concepts shown by Toyota in late 2021, with the most "IS-like" of the bunch pictured above.
