2026 Mercedes-AMG GT SUV

Mercedes-AMG only has two exclusive models on sale right now: the SL convertible, GT sports car, and GT 4-door sedan––the rest are rebadged, retuned versions of the machines from Mercedes-Benz. Now, there are rumors about a monstrous electric SUV from the German performance division that could arrive as soon as 2026. It will slot next to the upcoming EV replacement to the current AMG GT 4-door, and both will be underpinned by a new AMG.EA electric architecture. The SUV will reportedly produce over 1,000 hp, and power will be sent to all four wheels. It will be similar in size to the gas-powered Mercedes GLE, while serving as a fully-electric competitor to the BMW XM. Rumors suggest that a concept will break cover in 2025, before the production version goes on sale in 2026.
