Vietnamese startup VinFast has revealed the VF Wild concept at the CES technology show in Las Vegas, previewing what could be yet another new model from the young brand. If it ends up reaching production, the VF Wild will compete with midsize trucks like the Rivian R1T and forthcoming Fisker Alaska.
VinFast didn't reveal any technical specs, but it did mention the truck's removable midgate design, which allows the cargo area in the bed to be expanded into the cabin. This is similar to what we've seen in a number of other electric trucks, and it's especially handy for smaller trucks like this one.
VinFast is sending new products down the pipeline at a frantic pace, so it shouldn't be long before we see a production version of the VF Wild. Until then, the brand is busy preparing for the launch of its VF9 three-row later this year, followed by the smaller VF7, VF6, and the super tiny VF3.
