These patent images show what seems to be the new TLX, and is could be coming very soon, since spy shots have been around for awhile. Sadly, this isn't the performance variant everyone is excited about, but it still strongly resembles the Type S Concept.

There are a few minor, yet noticable tweaks on it to make it less of a concept and more of a real car, like the more mellow front bumper shape.

The current TLX is getting very outdated, and the new one will be far better. It will have everything new, including a fresher, more aggressive design, the latest tech, and a powerful turbocharged V6 engine. (Standard models could receive a turbocharged 2.0 liter.)

We hope the 2021 TLX, especially the Type S version, gets unveiled soon.
