The revamped 2023 Kia Sportage is a big improvement over its predecessor, and is now one of the roomiest contenders in its class. We now know that this SUV's stand-out styling, advanced tech, and cavernous cabin come with a great value. Kia has finally released pricing for the new Sportage, which is reaching dealers as we speak.

The base LX FWD starts at $25,990, which undercuts top rivals like the Mazda CX-5 and Toyota RAV4. Selecting all-wheel drive bumps the price up to $27,790. Upgrading to the slightly more luxurious EX raises the price tag to $27,990 for the FWD drivetrain, and $29,790 for the AWD. The first-ever X-Line trim, which adds a more rugged design and standard all-wheel drive, costs $30,790. Meanwhile, the SX carries a base price of $31,490 for the FWD, and $33,290 for the AWD. Things get a little pricier with the more lavish SX Prestige, with $33,490 for the FWD and $35,290 for the AWD. From there, the AWD-only X-Pro and X-Pro Prestige adopt the ruggedness of the X-Line with the luxuries of the SX and SX-Prestige. The former costs $34,990, while the latter caps the Sportage's pricing at $36,790. These prices do not include the $1,215 destination fee.
