BMW X1 Early Prototype Caught

The BMW X1 is aging, and BMW gave it a facelift to sharpen it up for the next few years, but after those next few years, the X1 will need to keep up. These early spy shots shown here are not the finished product, since BMW still has a long way to go until 2022 comes around.

This prototype is bigger than the current model, and really resembles the iX3 it's parked next to.

We hope the 2022 model comes with unique styling, which is something the X1 lacks, since it resembles any BMW SUV.

The next X1 will reportedly spawn an iX1 SUV to expand BMW's EV lineup.

There isn't much to say here, since it is not coming anytime soon.
