Although not popular, shooting brakes are quite practical vehicles. They offer the fun and performance of sports cars, as well as the space of a wagon or crossover. They also look cool. Ferrari's GTC4 Lusso is exactly that. But, according to CarBuzz, it might not be long for this world.
The GTC4 Lusso has not been as popular as other models in the lineup, and, these days, automakers are cutting costs in any way they can. Apparently, a dealership in Greenwich, Connecticut, Miller Motorcars, claimed that they just sold their last example of the car, painted in a beautiful Blu America exterior color. Ferrari said that the GTC4 wasn't discontinued, meanwhile a salesman at Miller Motorcars stated that order books have closed and production is halting by the the year's end.
We don't know what's going on here, but if Miller Motorcars is right, we aren't shocked by Ferrari's decision. Like we said before, shooting brakes aren't great sellers. At the same time, it'd be sad to see such a car disappear. Ferrari is already working on an SUV called the Purosangue, so maybe that will replace it.
