Ford's New F-150 Raptor Is Coming On February 3rd

Ford's new F-150 Raptor returns with a 14th generation next Wednesday, and it will reportedly include two engines that Ford believes will beat the Ram TRX: an EcoBoost V6 and the Mustang GT500's V8.

The latest teaser shows off the truck's updated grille, which still features tough 'FORD' letters on the grille. Besides that, we see short LED lights lined up above the grille, along with the signature yellow daytime running lights. The vehicle featured in the teaser in painted in red, which is one of the new colors that has been rumored about.

The interior should retain the standard F-150's layout, but with some small touches to make it like a Raptor both inside and outside. The mechanical bits under the Raptor should be stronger, in order to push the truck harder, making it quicker over rough terrain.

If this new Raptor really is trading its old 3.5 liter V6 for a 760-hp Mustang V8, the Ram 1500 TRX should be worried.
