Ford Teases New 'Bronco Warthog'

The Ford Bronco is legendary, and pre-production of the revived model has just begun. But, this isn't it. A new variant called 'Warthog' has been hinted at by Ford. This might be the rumored Bronco Raptor.

Covered in camouflage, this prototype reportedly has 37-inch 'hooves'. Those hooves are probably wheels, and that sounds big. It should carry an improved suspension system, the Explorer ST's powerful engine, and a more rugged look. We still don't know if this vehicle will be called Warthog, since it wasn't officially confirmed, but a patent trademark was filed a while back. Otherwise, this could be called Raptor.

Either way, this top-of-the-line Bronco should fight with the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. This vehicle isn't arriving anytime soon, so don't get your hopes up just yet.
