The current Ford F-150 truck debuted in 2015, being the first F-150 to wear the new aluminum body. Fast forward to now, and we've got the new 2021 truck, which is tougher, smarter, nicer, and more unique than before. It has many new features that we'd like to share:
Interior Work Surface - the center console can fold down at the push of a button , and is covered by a flat leather platform. This was inspired by how most customers use laptops and work in their trucks.
New 12" Touchscreen - In 2018, Ram became the king of truck interiors when the new 1500, 2500 and 3500 models were unveiled with their wowing 12" touchscreen. Ford has now caught up. It is powered by the latest SYNC4 software. It includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, the ability to connect with up to 10 devices, voice command controls, the ability to call other people, smartphone compatibility, the ability for users to control with gloves on, over-the-air software updates and much more.
Max Recline Seats - The new F-150 will now allow drivers to sleep in the truck with the new Max Recline seats. They can fold down to about 180 degrees.
Rear Under-Seat Lock-In Storage - This feature enables passengers to hide storage under the seats for an easy, organized setup for work, road trips, and many more activities. Ford also offers dividers to better organize your storage.
Tailgate Work Surface - Tailgate Work Surface allows people like painters, farmers and construction workers to use the rear tailgate as a work bench to measure, cut and more. It includes useful storage and tools such as a cupholder, mobile device holder, and a ruler.
Pro Power Onboard - This feature allows users to plug in several devices and appliances at a time. It's basically an onboard generator. The outlets can be monitered by the standard FordPass app.
More Specifications:
Can tow up to 12,000 pounds
Can go 700 miles on a single tank of gas
More torque, horsepower and tech features than any other truck in its class

The new F-150 also has 11 different grille designs, 6 different engine options, 3 different wheel designs and 6 different trim levels to chose from. This makes it more customizable than ever. The Raptor and EV variants are also coming soon. The F-150 offers gas, diesel and hybrid PowerBoost engines.
The 2021 F-150 is also redesigned from the ground up with totally new front and rear fascias, a more posh interior, a larger silhouette/footprint and all the new features we listed above.
Ford also boasts that it will have 10 new driver assist features. Some of them include the following:
