The legendary Land Rover Range Rover is very old, yet it still competes rather well. But, all cars need a redesign at some point, and the luxury SUV is now on that list. JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) is planning a big overhaul, and the Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Jaguar XF, Jaguar XJ, and Jaguar E-Pace are all to get redesigned or facelifted, and the Jaguar J-Pace SUV and Land Rover Road Rover wagon are joining the party. This rendering predicts the styling of the new SUV.
We think that, according to the rendering, changes in design won't be too drastic, so Range Rover fans shouldn't have to worry. It won't be an EV either; an electric variant is planned later on, since it is running on a new modular platform that supports EVs. The roofline will resemble the Velar and Evoque, giving it a more sleek, modern silhouette. The taillights should look exactly like the ones on the rendering. Also, we get a sneak-peek on the perfect suspension and cool engine in this video:
The front end could be similar to the current model. The silver (or bronze or gold or black) lines on the side that move up to the taillights should remain. We also expect a luxurious interior with a big touchscreen and cool features and tech. Expect a new Range Rover Sport to follow.
