It's sort of legendary, with out-of-the-box styling, next level tech, and an incredible number of preorders. Although, safety concerns force Tesla to rethink the Cybertruck, and nobody knows what the finished product will look like. We hope it stays similar to the prototype, because future owners have a risk of being disappointed at the outcome. Coincidentally, the news broke out on April 1st, but is not a joke. Here's what might have to go:
First of all, we hope the stainless steel paint and windows that "don't break" stay, but the lightbars in the front and rear could disappear, and the triangular shape on the trunk is not necessary. The wheels don't look sturdy, so that should change. The interior should probably get more practical. The third seat in the front row might go away, and the funky steering wheel will probably become normal. Here are renderings predicting what to expect:
