The New York Auto Show Has Been Canceled

This isn't a surprising move, since New York was hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. The show was originally postponed to August, but with almost every single auto show canceled, plus the use of Javits Center as a temporary hospital, New York just had to do the same. It is returning on April 2, 2021, and will wrap up on the 11th. Press days are on March 31 to April 1.

There were many cars that would have been revealed then, but most of them already debuted online. The cars that stuck to the show are now scrambling for a plan B. Organizers say they are planning an even bigger 2021 show.

The 2021 Acura TLX and Honda Civic were going to debut in New York, but now they are going to be unveiled online, just like many other new vehicles.
