Bentley is keeping things fresh for the Continental GT Azure and Flying Spur Speed, adding some extra design touches and more standard equipment for the 2024 model year. Most of the updates are intended to keep things consistent across the Bentley range, especially for the Continental GT Azure, which adopts a new vertically-slatted grille design borrowed directly from the Bentayga Azure. The trim level also gains the Flying Spur's 22-inch ten-spoke wheels.
Not only do these changes align the Continental GT with other Bentleys wearing the Azure badge, but they also help distinguish it from the rest of the Continental lineup. The upgrades continue inside, where all Azure models feature 100 percent wool floor mats as standard. Meanwhile, other Bentleys with the non-wool mats swap out nylon for a recycled version. The company says it offers the same level of comfort as the regular nylon materials did.
The Flying Spur Speed and S models also get new grille designs, wearing Bentley's iconic matrix pattern in lieu of the old vertical grille. Both trims also gain a stitched diamond pattern for the leather interior. Exterior trim for the Speed is now available in a Granite finish, which can be paired with the existing black-line package to enhance the model's focus on sportiness.
Both the Continental GT and Flying Spur benefit from a new Topaz Blue exterior paint option, providing wat Bentley describes as an "intense blend" of blue and green hues. All trim levels are available with the new color. The Continental GT and Flying Spur also share an updated brushed aluminum trim for the cabin, which offers a more three-dimensional look with precise brushing from various directions.
